Way to go, Third Grade! I am very proud of how well you did posting comments for September. This month please tell us what happened in your favorite part of the book.
In November I read One fish two fish red fish blue fish by Dr. Seuss My favorite part of the book was when mike rides on the back of the bike made for three. TCW in 3B
In Nov. I read Jackals it was by Victor Gentle and Perry. The best part was when it talked about the pups. The mother has 4 to 6 pups but golden jackal may have up to 10pups. When they are two\week\old pups come out of the den and are ready to try solid food. To feed pups, adults eat after a hunt, return to the den, and regurgitate the food.
In Nov. I read Junie B. Jones Is a Party Animal it was by Barbara Park. The best part was when Junie B. went to Lucille's Nanna's house to spend the night. They played games, dress-up, and put on their PJs for bed. Then they put their sleeping bags out. Nanna took the silky bedspread off the bed and put on them. In the morning Junie B. only had a banana, until her mother came at 9:00 and went to her grandma Miller's house and had blueberry pancakes.
In November I read Star time by Sydniem Meltzer Klienhenx. This story was about a girl that went to a camp and she thought she was at a camp for being a movie star. It was actually about seeing the stars in the sky.
In November I read Star time by Star Time by Sidnie Meltzer Kleinhenx. The story was about a girl who was sad when she started at the beginning of the camp. She thought the camp was for being a movie star and it was actually for looking at stars in the sky. She had a friend Gilbert and they did a talent show together.
In November I read Harvest time. by Sydnie Meltzer Kleinhenz. The story takes place on Galveston Island.Off the coast of Texas. Lizzie and her dad and mom harvest bananas.Sometimes the weather is bad so the fruit can't grow.
In November I read Nate the great and the halloween hunt.By Marjorie Weinman.First what happen was Nate was in his house wanting sumebody to ring the doorbel.Next Annie and Rosamond came and Rosamond said she lost little hex.So Nate took the case.Then he said whare was the last time you saw him.Last Nate got in a house,And when he came in he got locked.And when he got out he new whare little hex was.He was in Rosamonds bascket.
In November I read Babysisters Little Sister Karen's Snow Day byAnn M.Martin The book is about Karen wanting it to snow.So she can have a snow day. Karen calls up her two best frinds. To see what they need for a snow day.
In November, I read What's Wrong with Timmy? by Maria Shriver. The story is about a kid with disabilities. The kids became friends. Timmy likes sports better than school.
In Nov. I read Junie B. Jones and the Mushy Gushy Valentime. It was by Barbara Parks. The best part was when Junie B. found out who her Secret Admirer was. It was Meanie Jim, but now she just calls him Jim. They chased each other and Mrs. came in room 9 and made them go out on the playground.
In Nov. I read Cats. It was by Dean Morris. The best part was when it said cheetah. I was suprised because I like cheetahs they run really fast and I can run fast too. They look black because their spots are so close to each other thats way.
In Nov. I read Dolphins Fins, Flippers, and Flukes. It was by Adele D. Richardson. The best part was when it said the dolphin eats fish, squid, a octopus. To get smaller food they hit it aginst the ground surface.
In Feburary I read Thea Stilton and the Ghost of The Shipwreck There's a haunted shipwreck off Whale island, and a rare diamond was lost. When the Thea Sisters' biology pressor disappears,the mice have io dive deep into the ocean to find him and hopefully recover the priceless jewel!And just when they think their adventures are over ,the five mice are invited to China to search for another lost treasure LB in3B
IN March I read The sience fair from the black lagoon
I liked it because it was very funny. I love sience fairs and making progects that has never been made in the history of the world.Again I think it was very funny and CRAZY. I liked this book. Plus this book had really good illustrations in it. My favorite illustration is the cover when a blue monster holding Hubie in a glass jar it's funny.
IN March I read The sience fair from the black lagoon
This story is about a kid named Hubie making a laugh machine. For his histry fair and it ends up he making a suit that has funny things on it and press his belly botton and he burps and everybody laughs and he gets a ribon that says 1 prize
I liked it because it was very funny. I love sience fairs and making progects that has never been made in the history of the world.Again I think it was very funny and CRAZY. I liked this book. Plus this book had really good illustrations in it. My favorite illustration is the cover when a blue monster holding Hubie in a glass jar it's funny. DT in 3B
