In March I was reading On the Banks of Pum Creek by Laura Ingalls Wilder.It was a great book. My favorite chapter is Christmas Horses.Its when they want nothing else but horses for Pa.Because Pa could not plow the wheat feilds without them.then they would have no money.But they got them anyway.You will love it!

Hi in March I read Sunset of the Sabertooth by Mary Pope Osborn.It was really fun to read the book.In the book Jack and Annie went to the Ice Age.It was very cold in the ice age.Jack and Annie barrowed the Cro-Magnons warm close.Jack and Annie saw the Sabertooth whill on the Mamoth.You will enjoy reading this book!
In March I read Cam Jansen and the Missing Tennis Trophy.It was a great book!Its about when they try to find a stolen trophy or at least they think it was stolen.At schoool there gym teachers trophy was stolen.But when they find out someone just borrowed it they made a huge mistake.Ms.Green just was seeing how it looked in her room.Plus she left note.But his desk was so dirty he did not see it.It was great!

Hi in March I read Summer of the Sea Serpent by Mary Pope Osborne.The quest there going on now is a merlin mission.Jack and Annie are going to get the sword of light to put in the stone so Arther can become king.Jack and Annie ride the water knight over to a island.When they get to the island they go in a cave.Once they got in the cave water was rising the spider queen made a ladder and they got out.They met with Teddy and a girl they turned into seals and went to another island,dove down in the water got the sword and told the sea serpent that the sword was made for peace not harm. They got home after.

Hello Mrs. Kniery. In March I read Diary of a Wimpy Kid Dog Days by Jeff Kinney. In this book Greg hopes to have a good Summer by staying inside but when Greg's mom makes him get some fresh air at the pool, every second is teribble! Later on in the book,Greg and Rowley start getting in Rodricks stuff and find a horror movie. Uh-oh! It gave them horrible nightmeres!

Omri wants to use the magical cupboard again.When he brings Little Bear back he finds out that Little Bear got terrbly hurt in the battle with the french army.So omri has to get a plastic toymedical surjent from Patrick's mean cuson to help Little Bear but all he got was a nurse(Tommy the world war 2 medical surgent is dead by now).Soon he finds that Matron(the nurse)can actuly help Little Bear.Soon when Little Bear gets better he asks for his brother Boone.Omri got worryed because he thought that Boone might be hurt like Little Bear was.When he put the plastic figure of Boone in the cupboard he was releaved when he heard Boone's voice.Little Bear soon wanted to go back to the war.Then Patrick thought that they could bring lots of other indians back to Little Bears time and help him.So they got more indians and a Marine soldger Fickets teaches them to use what Little Bear calls now guns. So Little Bear won the war and Bright Stars ended up having a baby and Little Bear named him,Tall Bear.

Indian and the Cuboard,by Leyon Reid banks.Ormi got a magical cuboard for his birthday.He also got a plastic indian.That night he put his indian in the cuboard and locked it.The next morning he heard small sounds coming from the cuboard.He opened the cuboard and he saw that his indian was alive!At first,they were scared but they became friends.Ormi told his indian his name,then the indian toldhis name.His indian's name was Little Bear.A few days later Ormi took Little Bear to school.Ormi showed patrik Little Bear.In the middle of a class the teacher caut him and sent him to the office.

In March I am reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.By:J.K. Rowling In this book Harry goes to the World Cup with Ron,Hermione,and the rest of the Weaslys.They see the Dark Mark.The Dark Mark means that Voldemort is coming.Voldemort is a evil wizard who killed Harry's parents.Harry goes to Hogwarts where they are hosting the famous Tri-Wizard Tornament.But,things turn around for Harry when his name is in the Goblet of Fire to compete in hard tasks.In the final task one of his fellow Hogwarts champions,Cedric Diggory dies because Voldemort kills him.But,in the end everything works out for Harry Potter.

In March I read Meet Kirsten by Shaw Janet. The best part was when
well it isn't really the best part its a sad part. Its a sad part because Kirsten's friend Marta died because she got chorla. Before Marta died she tried to say Kirsten but her lips and mouth couldn't move so she died. I had tears in my eyesbecause if my friend died I would feel the same way as Kirsten.

I just read No Dogs Allowed! by Bill Wallace. It is a book about a girl named Kristen who had a horse that passed away. Now she thinks she should have no more pets. But for her birthday her father gives her a puppy for her birthday present. Kristen gets really mad with him.But in the end Kristen learns to love her puppy. You will love this book as much as Kristen loves her puppy. HS in 3C

In March I read These Happy Golden Years by Laura Ingalls Wilder. My most favorite part of the book was when Laura and Almanzo moved onto their claim. They were now married.
Laura had teached three terms of school. Ma only tought two terms of school. Pa gave Laura her favorite calf. Almanzo connected Prince and Lady to the new buggy to ride to the claim. When Laura arrived at the claim shanty she explored. She found her bedroom and searched the pantry. She found some of Ma's good bread and a ball of butter. Laura was thrilled! She put the last of the wedding cake in the pantry. She found the white sugar, the brown sugar, the flour, and the cornmeal. At last Almanzo and Laura ate their supper.

One day Professsor Poopypaants finds a job at George and Harolds school. When Professor Poopypants anounes his name to the class on the first day the whole class laughs for one whole hour. The next day the Professor makes his evil plan bigger with his gerbil logger 2000. After the Professor did that he was stopped by Captain Underpants.

It is about a family who lived in a small house but in a big woods. The good news is the grandparents live not to far from their house. The characters are Laura, Mary, Baby Carrie, Ma, and Pa. In the book it said that they didn't call them Mother and Father as we do today. That's why it is Ma and Pa. My favorite part was when they went to the town and Laura got so excited.

In March I read Judy Moody Saves the World by Megan Mcdonald. At the begining Judy is pretending to give a doctor apointment for Stink. Next Judy decides to enter a crazy strips contest. When Judy gets to school Mr.Tood says that we are going to talk about the envirment in science. Then Mr.tood says that we are going to pick a strip of a kind of animal and the animal you get you have to find one of them and bring it to school. When Stink and Judy go to the mailbox to get the mail they get a letter from the crazy strips contest it says that Stink won.

This book is about a kid named Harry Potter living with a muggle family that is what wizards call non-wizard people. Harry never knew that he was a wizard and not any wizard but not any the wizard who defeated Lord Voldemort. He didn't even know that he was a wizard or that he was famous. Until on his 11th birthday he got like a millon notes and aunt Petuina threw all of them out. So they moved to a house that sat on a very tiny island. They moved there becausethey were getting so many letters in the mail and all of the letters belonged to Mr. H Potter In The Cupboard Under the stairs. So them moved him dto Dudles old play room. So then he got 10 more letters saying To: Mr. H Potter In Dudles Old Play Room Up Stairs. So then uncle Vernon got really MAD so they moved to that island. On Harry's 12th birthday at mid night a hudge Giant guy crushed the door down and he had a big birthday cake for: Mr. H Potter from: Hagrid.

In the story a girls mom is baking cupcakes for her birthday,that is the only thing she has done since her 6th birthday.So that girl has beenplaning her birthday parties from the card to the goodie bags.When the mom tried her red velvet cupcakes she thought shr should own a cupcake shop,so she did.She bought an old laundry place.They moved right away upstairs.The little girl,named Isabel,didn't like that idea because she bearly does anything.The mom said that grandma would help her bake the cupcakes,but Isabel doesn't think that's a good idea.

In March I read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling. It is Harry's fourth year at Hogwarts and he finds out that Hogwarts is hosting the Triwizard Tournament. The Triwizard Tournament is a wizarding tournament where three wizards compete. To compete you have to put your name in the Goblet of Fire and hope you get picked. When the piking came the Goblet of Fire picked three names: Cedric Diggory for Hogwarts,Viktor Krum [a wonderful Quiddich player] from Durmstrang [ one of the competing schools],and Fluer Delecor from Buexbatons [another one of the competing schools]. But then the Goblet shot out another name witch was Harry Potter! Harry got to compete in the tournament but Ron [one of his best friends at Hogwarts] gets mad at him because he thinks Harry put his name in the goblet even though you have to be 17 to enter. He also thinks that Harry just wants to be more famous. Dumbledore says there are 3 tasks in the tournament. The first task was coming up soon and it was battling dragons. Harry had told Cedric about them. When it was Harry's turn to fight the dragon he was super scared,but he had to do it so when he got out he did a spell to get his broom and he got what he needed that the dragon was garding,the Golden Egg. Then the second task came where you had to stay under water for 1 hour and get a hostage that the merpeople have tied up. everyone else gets their hostages and Harry grabs his [ witch is Ron] but then he sees the little girl at the end who must be Fluer's hostage but Fluer does not come so Harry takes her and Ron up to the surface. Then the final task,the third task comes. The third task is that you have to get to the Triwizard Cup in the middle of the maze. When Harry gets there he finds Cedric and they get there at the same time. Then they decide that they will touch the cup at the same time but then they are sent to a graveyard and Cedric gets killed but then after a while everything works out for Harry Potter.
